Designed by Architects, From Start to Finish

We specialize in tiny houses, cabins, compact homes, and wood-frame residential design. Every Archinest project is developed by us — from the first design idea to architectural drawings, 3D modeling, detailing, and final visualization.

We work extensively with Revit and professional BIM workflows, combining architectural knowledge with practical construction experience to create plans that are thoughtful, detailed, and easy to understand.

Our work doesn't stop at the computer, either. In Türkiye, we are involved in both architectural design and construction, which gives us valuable hands-on experience in how a project moves from drawings to real life.

Our U.S. House Plans

Archinest Studio operates through Archinest Design LLC, our U.S.-registered company, serving customers looking to build tiny homes, cabins, and small residences. Our primary Etsy shop, ArchinestTinyHouse, has also allowed us to provide our architectural house plans to customers across the U.S.

Our U.S. plan sets are developed with commonly used American residential construction methods and standards in mind. However, building codes and permit requirements vary by state and local jurisdiction, so our plans are not sold as locally stamped or licensed permit documents. When required, they can be reviewed and adapted to local conditions by a licensed architect, engineer, or other qualified professional in the customer's area.

We believe in being clear about what we provide and giving our customers as much information as possible before purchasing.

If you love one of our designs but need it to fit your lifestyle, site, or specific needs, we can customize it for you. And if you have something completely different in mind, we also offer custom architectural design services from scratch.
