This seller is amazing…he went way beyond my expectations. When I asked him about making some changes to the blueprint he had no problem. He worked diligently to meet my expectations. As a builder the terminology for this is called a “change order” this can be a very expensive endeavor once the blueprints have been finished. Please trust me, when I say this seller is rare find.

I Purchased this 16x28 Modern Barn Style House plan and it’s absolutely clear, detailed, and very practical. Everything is easy to follow and well designed. I’m actually using this plan to build a real barn house for my customer highly satisfied with the quality and accuracy!
I will update this review once I've had a chance to take it to a builder, but on first glance it looks great. The files seem to have everything you need to take to a builder or to build yourself. I asked Archinest for a couple of revisons...essentially adding 4' to the length, making it 16'x32' and changing out a door for a window. They're working on that and I should have it soon, but so far, it has been a very easy to communicate and get my requests across. Looking forward to getting it built!
These plans are so good some Colorado jurisdictions will accept them as is!
