This website is operated by ArchiNest Design LLC, doing business as ArchiNest Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ArchiNest Studio.

ArchiNest Studio provides digital architectural plans, downloadable design files, plan modification services, and custom architectural design services.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All pre-designed architectural plans and related files sold through our website are digital products. No physical products will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Digital products may include PDF drawings, architectural plans, renderings, schedules, material information, DWG files where specifically included or purchased, and other downloadable files described on the applicable product page.

The exact contents of each product are stated on its product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, specifications, included drawings, and file formats before purchasing.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically or made available for download after purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when placing an order.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Unless otherwise stated, digital plans and files purchased from ArchiNest Studio are licensed to the purchaser for personal use in connection with a single project.

The purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for resale, publish, share publicly, sublicense, or commercially distribute our plans, drawings, renderings, or digital files without prior written permission from ArchiNest Studio.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because our architectural plans and downloadable files are digital products, sales are generally final once the files have been delivered, downloaded, or made available for download.

We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect file, accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or experience a technical problem that prevents the file from being opened or used as intended, please contact us at hello@archineststudio.com. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Any refund approved by ArchiNest Studio will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. PLAN MODIFICATIONS & CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

Plan modification and custom design services involve personalized professional work prepared specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, dimensions, preferences, reference materials, and other information necessary to perform the requested service.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before work begins. Once design or modification work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.

If a project has started but has not yet been completed, any refund or partial refund, where applicable, will be evaluated individually based on the work already completed and costs incurred.

6. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that all dimensions, requirements, site information, sketches, reference materials, and other information supplied to ArchiNest Studio are accurate.

ArchiNest Studio is not responsible for errors, delays, additional costs, or design changes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. BUILDING CODES, PERMITS & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

Building codes, zoning regulations, structural requirements, energy codes, permitting requirements, and construction standards vary by country, state, municipality, and project location.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, our plans are not guaranteed to satisfy every local building code, permit requirement, zoning regulation, engineering requirement, or site-specific condition.

Before beginning construction, the purchaser is responsible for consulting the appropriate local authorities and qualified professionals to determine whether modifications, engineering, approvals, permits, stamps, or other documentation are required.

8. PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING & STAMPING

Unless specifically included in the purchased service, structural engineering calculations, professional engineer stamps, architect stamps, site-specific engineering, surveying, geotechnical services, and permit approvals are not included.

If your local authority requires stamped or site-specific documents, you may need to retain a locally licensed architect, engineer, or other qualified professional.

9. CONSTRUCTION RESPONSIBILITY

ArchiNest Studio does not control construction methods, workmanship, contractor performance, job-site safety, material selection, site conditions, or compliance during construction.

The purchaser, property owner, builder, contractor, and other professionals involved in construction are responsible for verifying dimensions, site conditions, structural requirements, applicable codes, and safe construction practices before and during construction.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All plans, drawings, renderings, graphics, designs, photographs, website content, text, branding, and other materials created or supplied by ArchiNest Studio remain the intellectual property of ArchiNest Design LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a product or service does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property is prohibited.

11. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on our website is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, dimensions, prices, images, specifications, or other website content will always be completely free from typographical, technical, or administrative errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify website content when necessary.

12. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is completed, subject to any valid discount or promotion.
