DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Digital Products

All architectural plans, drawings, PDF files, DWG files, renderings, and other downloadable products sold by ArchiNest Studio are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Depending on the product, files may be available for immediate download through the website, provided through a download link, or delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order.

Custom Designs & Plan Modifications

Custom design and plan modification services are not instant-download products. Delivery times vary depending on the scope of the project and the requirements agreed upon with the customer.

Any estimated completion or delivery timeframe communicated for a custom project begins after the required project information has been received and the scope of work has been confirmed.

Download or Access Issues

If you do not receive your files, experience difficulty downloading them, or believe a file is missing or incorrect, please contact us at hello@archineststudio.com.

Please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can assist you.

No Shipping Charges

Because our products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping charges apply to digital products.
