Refund & Cancellation Policy

ArchiNest Studio provides digital architectural plans, downloadable files, and custom design services. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Plans & Downloadable Files

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable architectural plans, PDF files, DWG files, and other digital products are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after delivery or download, as digital files cannot be physically returned.

Please review the product description, dimensions, specifications, included drawings, and file formats carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect, Duplicate, or Defective Files

If you receive an incorrect file, experience a technical problem that prevents the file from being opened or used as intended, or accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us at hello@archineststudio.com.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement file or another reasonable solution. Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund after verification.

Plan Modifications & Custom Design Services

Modification and custom design services involve personalized professional work specifically prepared for each customer.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before work begins. Once design or modification work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.

If a project has started but has not yet been completed, any refund or partial refund, where applicable, will be evaluated individually based on the work already completed and costs incurred.

Changes of Mind & Purchasing the Wrong Plan

Because our products are digital, we generally cannot provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, selecting the wrong plan or size, or failing to review the product description before purchase once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

If you realize you purchased the wrong plan before downloading or accessing the files, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and may be able to assist.

Building Codes, Permits & Local Requirements

Building codes, zoning regulations, structural requirements, climatic conditions, permitting procedures, and professional licensing or stamping requirements vary by location.

Customers are responsible for verifying all applicable local requirements before construction and for obtaining any locally required permits, engineering, professional review, modifications, or approvals.

A plan's inability to obtain approval without additional local modifications, engineering, or professional review does not by itself constitute a defect in the digital product.

European Union and Other Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Where applicable law provides specific cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content or personalized services, those rights will apply as required by law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under the circumstances described above, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
